Coming Soon - A New Compass: online!
​Delivered over six weeks, this blended programme is designed for leaders who wish to continue the journey online and/or cannot attend in person. Preferably beginning with a foundation retreat (in person), the aim is to ground in presence, purpose, and community, and then continue online, exploring how to live and lead with wisdom in an AI-shaped world.
  • Combines live online sessions, recorded keynotes, reflection exercises, and discussions
  • Focused on leadership confidence, AI readiness, and human-centred adaptation
Dates: In-person retreat: Saturday 21 & Sunday 22 February 2026, with online course starting 25 February 2026.
